The mission of POGLA is to educate and advocate on Oil and Gas Landowner issues, working toward the equitable development of our resources. This organization provides a range of resources inlcuding a library, conferences and meetings, and email updates on current issues affecting the leasing of mineral rights, the calculation of royalty payments, and a member forum.
